FerroAluminum

Ferroaluminum is an alloy containing 10-30% aluminum, 4% carbon, 4% silicon, 0006% of phosphorus (the rest iron). Normally closed ferroalloys smelt in the furnace of large capacity carbontermic method of recovery. Ferroaluminum usually used for deoxidization, steel and special alloy steel and cast iron, chemical plugging, boiling steel ingots, and more. Also it is applied for doping, and other ferro-alloys based on aluminum: Fe-Mn-Al; Fe-Al-Si; Fe-Al-Mn-Si; Fe-Cr-Al, etc.
